Judge Denies Ripple’s Attempt To Strike SEC Expert’s Report

By Sarah Jarvis (April 20, 2022, 7:16 PM EDT) — A federal magistrate judge in New York has blocked an attempt by cryptocurrency company Ripple Labs Inc. to strike an expert report from the SEC in its suit claiming that the company sold billions of unregistered tokens, but the court said the agency mishandled its serving of the report, and ordered it to pay some of the company’s expenses.
