Smart contract blockchain platform Ethereum (ETH) broke $3,000 with a 4% gain in 24 hours.
The world’s second most valuable crypto is 3% down over seven days.
XRP added 3% to reach 95 cents, with investors hoping it can return to a $1+ valuation before the weekend.
Ripple’s coin is 5% down on its price last Thursday.
Solana, just behind it in the valuation league table, remained static around $139, which leaves it 6% down in a week.
Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) grew 3% to top $43,500, a seven-day decrease of less than 1%.
Cardano (ADA), in third spot in the valuation table, added 1% to sit at $2.11. The proof-of-stake blockchain platform is 7% down over seven days.
Polkadot (DOT) regained the 2% it had lost in the previous 24 hours to top $28, but is 12 down on its price last Thursday.
Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) climbed back above 20c with a 1% gain but is 9% down in a week.
OMG Network (OMG) gained the most among the top 100 coins in the last 24 hours, reaching $10.87 with a 16% jump. Compound (COMP) fell the most – 9% – and is at $302.
The overall market cap of the more than 12,200 coins is at $1.92 trillion, a 3.2% increase in the last 24 hours.
