CONCORD – The Blue Ridge Coyotes traveled to Concord on March 13, for the Top Gun Sports Queen of the Rings St. Patty’s Day Tournament. This was the Coyotes’ first tournament of the 2021 season
The team seeded fifth in pool play among teams from North Carolina and South Carolina. The Coyotes battled in pool play, beating the No. 1 seeded team to earn a spot in the championship game. The Coyotes finished in second place out of 13 teams. Six players hit a home run during Saturday’s games. The team brought home individual medals and jumbo green Championship Rings.
