Fenwick represented Calm, a mental wellness brand with an app for sleep, meditation and relaxation, in its acquisition of Ripple Health, a healthcare technology company that connects users with proper healthcare options.
Upon the acquisition, the Ripple team will focus on building Calm Health, a suite of services designed to support mental health across the care spectrum, which will replace Calm’s current employer offering, Calm for Business. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
