After the great success of previous years, the third edition of Dutch Blockchain Week take place! The event, which focuses on global blockchain developments and the Netherlands ecosystem, is hosted by 3 studios in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven) and can be attended online for free.
This edition is organized by the collaboration of the Dutch Blockchain Alliance (DBC), the Blockchain Netherlands Foundation (BCNL) and event partners Lisk Center Utrecht, BrainBloc and Deloitte.

BCNL and DBC are organizing an inspiring program on Wednesday 8 (Eindhoven), Thursday 9 (Utrecht) and Friday December 10 (Amsterdam) on the topics of Dutch Proud, To the Moon & Back, Decentralize Everything, Change Makers, Global Change and Long Road Forward. During these six sessions, spanning over three days, attention will be given in its broadest possible sense to all aspects of developments surrounding blockchain technology around the world,” said co-organizer and curator Jan Schell.
Leading new Dutch startups, global thought leaders, experts and entrepreneurs come here to talk about issues such as DeFi, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, regulation, human rights, crime and much more. Dutch Blockchain Awards
The Dutch Blockchain Awards will also be presented again this year, in association with Computable. Starting November 15, the public can vote for nominees in the categories: Social Impact Award, Enterprise Solution Award, Public Solution Award, Meaningful Education Award, Influencer Award, and BCNL Community Award.

After the successful co-organization of the Dutch Blockchain Days, this is the second event where the Dutch Blockchain Alliance and the Blockchain Foundation Netherlands will jointly present an extensive program and event. Rudolf van Ee, founder of the Blockchain Netherlands Foundation (BCNL), is pleased to further synergize the forces between BCNL and DBC: “Through this collaboration, we can strengthen our startup ecosystem, scale up and enhance collaboration between this ecosystem, large corporations, government and knowledge institutions. Open Innovation important in a rapidly changing world, especially with technologies that can have such a huge impact, such as developments in the field of blockchain.”
Peter Verkoelen, Director of the Dutch Blockchain Coalition (DBC) is also excited about the collaboration: “As a hub in the Dutch blockchain ecosystem, DBC not only develops activities for its community, but also works with other players to expand that Dutch ecosystem. That’s why we’re glad to be able to Organizing Dutch Blockchain Week with BCNL. In this way, we are providing fertile ground for new developments, towards the widespread adoption of distributed technologies to solve social problems.” The collaboration between BCNL and DBC connects the blockchain community in the Netherlands.
