We all have raved enough about the release of the 21st Century adaptation of Cinderella. This Camilla Cabello starrer on Amazon Prime Video has been on every millennial’s watchlist.
While we have seen the trailer and have understood that this adaptation is cutting-edge, what we also love is that it also has a musical touch to it!
A princess that waits for no man… yup! That’s what we’re talking about.
Cinderella was released on the 3rd of September and least to say, it made my weekend!
Singing and dancing in great costumes get a millennial upgrade when your childhood fairytale is described without any ‘Damsel in distress’ moment.
And that was my favourite takeaway (among many).
Directed by Kay Cannon, this film also stars Idina Menzel, Minnie Driver, Nicholas Galitzine, Pierce Brosnan, and Billy Porter.
From magical moments to getting self-care reality checks, this movie has it all. Psst… It also has some of Ed Sheeran’s most romantic tracks recreated by Camilla Cabello!
