Argo Blockchain PLC said Friday it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its American depositary shares.
The cryptocurrency miner said that the number of ADSs to be issued and pricing haven’t yet been decided, adding that any IPO will be subject to market and other conditions. The company said there is no certainty any IPO will proceed.
Jefferies and Barclays are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, the company said.
