INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — Ohio-based COhatch has opened its second “shared work, social and family space” in Indianapolis. Today, the company is celebrating the grand opening of its new collaborative space in the Broad Ripple neighborhood.
COhatch purchased the old Trinity Chuch near 61st Street and Central Avenue last fall and converted it into the coworking space.
The facility includes more than 18,000 square feet of space with 38 private offices and 115 coworking seats.
The company says space is designed for flexibility, able to accommodate evolving office trends and hybrid work models. It also wants to be a space for leisure, family activities and community engagement.
“At COhatch, we have a mission to strengthen communities and improve lives,” said Matt Davis, co-founder and CEO of COhatch. “We’re focused on community connectivity, and we look forward to helping Broad Ripple community members balance work, family, well-being and philanthropy.”
CoHatch opened its first Indiana location last September at the Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville. The startup said last fall it intends to eventually open 10 locations in the Indianapolis area. It currently has 25 locations open or under construction throughout Ohio and Florida.
