On April 6, Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Yadkin County Detention Center in reference to an inmate in possession of a controlled substance. An investigation was conducted and evidence was obtained supporting the report.
Warrants were issued on Michael Richard Wilson, 45, of Jonesville, for possession of controlled substance in prison/jail premises and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilson was placed on a $5000 secured bond with a court appearance on April 7.
