JONESVILLE — Outstanding warrants were served on a Jonesville resident on Monday in regard to alleged vehicle break ins from September of last year. Corey Gray Church, age 22, was charged with two counts of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, one count of felony larceny, one count of larceny of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, one count of financial card theft, one count of identity theft, one count of financial transaction card fraud and one count of misdemeanor larceny.
The motor vehicle break ins were initially reported on Sept. 14, 2020. An investigation into the matter was conducted and evidence was obtained supporting the reports, according to the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office.
Church was served with the outstanding warrants and placed on a $25,000 dollar secure bond with a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday.
