Nutrition (per 1 cup): 140 calories, 8g fat, 8g carbs, 2g fiber, 5g sugars (includes 5g added sugars), 8g protein. Fortified with the following RDA percentages: 10% vitamin A, 35% calcium, 30% vitamin D, 45% vitamin B12, 10% potassium, 35% riboflavin, 40% phosphorous, 10% choline.*

Ripple isn’t big enough (yet!) to have their own dedicated manufacturing facility. And some of the manufacturing plants they work with do handle top allergen ingredients, and they do share production lines with some top allergen ingredients.
