NSW Health authorities have expanded their list of COVID-affected venues, as they race to get two coronavirus clusters under control.
A health alert has been issued to diners at Monopole Restaurant in Potts Point after an infected person visited the restaurant on Sunday October 4 from 6-8pm.
Health authorities are working to contact close and casual contacts but anyone who was there at the time is advised to get tested for COVID-19 immediately if they develop symptoms.
Almost a dozen different train routes have also been added to the list of affected venues.
They include:

The new venues comes as health authorities race to contain two clusters after eight new locally transmitted cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Thursday.
Four other cases were detected in returned travellers in hotel quarantine.
Five of the cases announced on Thursday are linked to a Liverpool Hospital dialysis cluster and the virus in this cluster is believed to have spread from a social gathering.
The source of the second cluster is under investigation.
A student from Macquarie University was among the recently diagnosed cases, as is an employee at the Datacom call centre in North Ryde.
