WINSTON-SALEM — The Salvation Army currently has funding available for emergency assistance to residents of Yadkin County who are facing past due utility bills.
To qualify for assistance individuals must provide:
• Picture ID
• Most recent past due electric bill
•Last four digits of account holders Social Security number
