Grayscale’s national TV ad that promises to bring crypto to the masses has officially launched.
The billion-dollar asset management firm released the 30-second clip on Twitter. The commercial highlights the massive money printing of central banks and the pitfalls of paper money to compel people to invest in digital assets. The ad will be featured on CNBC, MSNBC, FOX, and FOX Business.
The end of the commercial lists Grayscale’s nine crypto products, which offer exposure to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Stellar (XLM), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Zcash (ZEC), and Horizen (ZEN).

Although the video has hit 76,000 views, 2,200 likes, and 1,000 retweets at time of publishing, some members of the cryptoverse are not impressed. One user pointed out that the ad spent most of its airtime talking about the history of currency and money while giving limited exposure to Grayscale’s products.
Another crypto enthusiast is disappointed that the commercial’s narrator failed to mention Bitcoin by name.
I can’t believe you spent that much money, didn’t say “Bitcoin,” and actually listed Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum Classic (which is currently under centralized attack) in this ad.
I was hyped for this and I must say it was a disappointment.

Grayscale’s new commercial is the second big advertising push from the leading digital asset investment firm. Grayscale released two ads in succession last year, comparing Bitcoin to gold.
