The number of Bitcoin ATMs worldwide jumped in the past three months, to more than 8,200, per a monitoring report in CoinATMRadar, after passing the 7,000 mark in March.
The report stated there are 8,245 cryptocurrency ATMs in 73 countries, with more than 6,000 of the ATMs within the U.S.
Depending on the ATM, customers can purchase and withdraw Bitcoin Cash, Ether, Dash, Litecoin, Zcash, Monero, Dogecoin, There and XRP.
Although the number of Bitcoin ATMs is growing rapidly in the U.S., the number of crypto ATMs has decreased in 2020 in other parts of the world, including Austria, U.K. and Switzerland.
